Made in Punjab is a grand experience. And you need to have this experience at least once. It is there on the 3rd floor in DLF Mall of India in Sector 18, Noida. In fact, the huge size restaurant offers buffet and a la carte. It offers mainly North Indian and Mughlai cuisines. Rather, the place is flawless in terms of service, food, ambiance, and overall hospitality. In fact, you will enjoy not only the food but also the time you spend here. As a matter of fact, the chef is around most of the time for two important things. First, to see the delight factor on the faces of guests enjoying the food here. And second, to get a valuable feedback about food from anyone who would like to share one. Obviously, for a chef, a feedback is always prime. Or a word of appreciation.
Made in Punjab has many delight factors as I mentioned above. In fact, there are many specialties that you must try on your visit. Popeye Paaji Ki Favorite Chaat is similar to Palak Patta Chaat but with a special tender of special ingredients. To understand the difference you need to taste it. Bun Tikkia comes with masala buns having a baked Potato tikki in the middle. You get fries as a bonus with this. Masala Kukkad Bun is a set of two masala buns with Creamy Chicken Tikki in between. In fact, these are some special delicacies that you will not find easily elsewhere. Tokri Chaat is again a special basket for a special experience. Dahee Pataka in veg and Burnt Lahsun Tikka in non-veg are fabulous. Legacy Tandoori Champ is something very special at Made in Punjab with a special preparation. It is soft, tasty, and completely satisfying.
Made In Punjab Is a Fabulous Experience
There is a lot more to add to share my experience at Made in Punjab. But it is better to experience on your own rather in order to go first hand than second hand. But I would conclude with the desserts. Sweety Singh, Date Rasmalai, and Stuffed Gulab Jamun are really unique and thus worth trying. Finally, Made in Punjab is in my list of all-time favorite restaurants.
