Making A Comeback

So I was thinking about this post as I was driving into work. (No, I don't schedule most of my post, but I should.) I was thinking about the New Year and everything I wanted to accomplish. Well to be honest I have sucked at my resolutions. Instead of forgetting about them and hoping for the best next year, I am recommiting myself to the New Year's Resolutions. I want to get in shape and tone up. I also want to read more and make more me time. Simple, right?
One of the things to keep me accountable (and you do, too) is Fitness Friday. I started in January and was up and down with it. Mostly because of the NHL lockout. Work got so crazy! I didn't even have to time to think let along anything else.
Now that we have about half of the season under our belt, I feel much more ready and able to keep a better track of my blog and well life in general. haha
So I already showed you all my basic workout apps. I have also blogged about planning a workout. So another great way to get workouts is through Pinterest. They have so many great workout posted by other pinners. I have tons in my Fitness post. Some for my target areas and some great whole body workouts. If you want check out my blog, just click here.

I can't wait to share with you each week about my fitness adventures. It will include easy receipes, fun workouts, and maybe even before and after pictures. (NO promises!!) If you want me to talk about anything just email me or leave a comment.
