Making a Dramatic Entrance at Your Wedding

Posted on the 15 November 2013 by Linusm

Nothing beats making a great entrance to a party and thats exactly what happened at Heather & Gary’s Dorset wedding at Bournemouth Town Hall.

Making a dramatic entrance at your wedding certainly delivers impact and leaves you along with your guests with wonderfully strong memories. This entrance was perfect!

Chosing this picture for my Image of the week #27 was easy. Another great moment captured. Both Bride and Groom made a colourful entrance into the council Chambers.

Having already chosen their music and professionally mixing it in a studio some days earlier, Gary walked in to an awaiting aisle lined with female friends. All holding hand made pom poms on sticks and flinging themselves at him one last time before he took his vows!

Fending them off whilst simultaneously proclaiming “No, I have to get married” he then took his position at the front of the chamber.

Heather then appeared as the music burst into Carly Simon’s ‘Nobody does it better’. Walking down through the aisle of awaiting girlfriends – this is the moment they met and the reaction!

The music, the handmade touches, and the great wedding speeches all led to a day full of laughter and fun.

I’m so looking forward to sharing their full wedding post along with their photofilm from the day.
