Making Time for Myself

Most housewives normally have a pre-planned daily routine where they shoulder great household responsibilities which at times is not much recognised. Most of them juggled many tasks at a time such as being the loving and supporting wife to their husbands, looking after the kids and providing them with all the attention that they need, cooking, doing the dishes, taking care of the laundry, ironing, taking the kids to school and back home, grocery shopping, helping the children with their homework, doing most of the house chores, and innumerable other activities.
This leave most housewives with very little time to spare for themselves and they hardly have any free time to indulge in leisure activities. With their loaded schedules, housewives only get a couple of hours to spare during the day or night during which they can let their hair down and relax. During those precious hours they usually indulge in leisure activities such as catching a few episodes of their favourite soaps on TV, taking a nap, having a well-deserved manicure or pedicure, going to the beauty parlour for a beauty treat, or just reading a book.
However at times, all these supposedly relaxing activities are not always enough to take all the stress that they endure in their fast paced lives. Often they feel alone during the time when their husbands are at work and the children are at school, leaving them with no one to talk to or to give them a listening ear. As most of these housewives are already tired with their daily routines, they are quite reluctant to go out and socialise as they have already spent much of their energy in handling their household, thus limiting their social interaction and circle, and causing more stress.
One effective and proven way to avoid such stress is found playing games online, and this is one reason I enjoy bingo sites.  The virtual community in the Bingo rooms online I find helps me to forget the hecticness of daily life! Always a welcome relief!
