In case you're wondering, like the sweet reader your are, how my Vlogging business is going, it's going! Talking on camera is very different from writing, and definitely more factors involved instead of what font to use and what pictures to include, lighting is one big thing-for sure!

Basically it's pretty slow going, but I really enjoy what I'm doing. Of course I feel pretty dumpy compared to channels like Blimey Cow and Tyler Oakley's stuff, but I've gotta start somewhere, right?

Today I am going to be talking about: Music Therapy, and Positive Vibes and Not feeling like a loser.

So, Right now, I'm listening to a teensy tiny play list compiled of "Who I Am" by Natasha Bedingfield, On Our Way by Glee and Wings by Glee.

If you are unfamiliar with these songs then to quickly summarize per courtesy of those who are familiar, each song is a self esteem booster, big time, each talks about going after what you want in life, and that it's going to be worth it. No matter what.

Basically I dislike rude people at work, and one of my teachers at school said something to me that kind of hurt, and sometimes-you just get feeling like it's not worth it. No body cares, and what the heck am I doing here, nobody's gonna give a crap, ever and this is pointless.

You're right. It is.

But that's not all it is. Feeling like that is essential, if you've ever met one of those people who's always happy, always, never seeming down ever-they're living a lie. Ignoring feelings of "loser-itis" and "poopy depression cloudiness" is not the way to get rid of them. That's like ignoring cancer and that's why we (teenagers) are the target audience for all those anti-suicide campaigns. Oh, snap, I said it. Boom.

I think it is so incredibly important that we acknowledge when we feel depressed, first of all it helps you keep track of how often stuff like this comes up-and then maybe you'll notice patterns, or maybe even seek help if it gets out of control (which is possible, don't dismiss that statement because you think you're fine, take a minute and run a self check test, okay?) and second so you can start working through it. Not around. People who always seem happy tend to work around their depressions/angry moments and that's not okay, you need to go through it, otherwise it just sits around.
There's lot's of ways you can do this!
For me, self-esteem boosting music does this, it helps me vent to myself, and it inspires me, which I find angry energy works great when manipulated into inspiration-I'm writing this Blog post right now, aren't I?
Another is exercise, some of you hate exercise, that's okay.
But going for a bike ride may just do you some benefit-try and stay away from other people and bike until your legs feel like jelly, this may just be your antidote.
Another: find this really awesome song in your range, for me, like "Wings" and go sing it!
Maybe even go ride your bike and sing it, talk about an energy drainer.

Either way guys, it's your right to have these feelings, but it's also your right to send them on their way. Working through them equips you for handling people that irritate the snot out of you and when you meet modern day trolls with no manners and fungus for brains.

So, be brave-do what makes you happy, and find ways to ignore the things you don't.

You got this!
