The Mega Flea Market is one of the core events organized by T.Cartel tri-annually. With over 200 stalls selling ALL kinds of products, The Mega Flea Market, is the largest indoor flea market in Singapore.
The last Mega Flea Market I went was in 2010 at Singapore Expo. This time, the organiser had finally brought the Mega Flea to Suntec Convention Centre. From 24 – 25 August, 11am – 10pm, you can visit the flea market at Suntec Level 4 Hall 404.
I reached Suntec at around 2pm and finished touring before 2.30pm, less than half an hour. I was quite disappointed. It’s like visit Bugis Village, where you can see racks of clothes and bags. Prices are cheap for the second hand clothes which look outlandish.
There are some booths selling items that are retailing in Qoo10 and TV shopping channel like ant-repellent trays, DIY smoothie bottles, korean cookware and beauty products.
If you are looking for great deals, you can try going tomorrow in the evening to catch the ending sale. Usually booths selling second hand items will cut their price to dirt cheap to clear stock.
