The last 3-4 days B1 and B2 have been sick with an upper respiratory infection. This has been a very hard time, with little sleep for anyone, a lot of crying and all the rest of the things that come with sickness.
When your child is sick there are so many heart breaking moments. When you can’t do anything else to help them but be there and hold them. In times like these you have to look for the good and positive moments to get you through. One such moment is when your sick baby wants no one but you and they cling to you with all the strength they have. They are so upset and unhappy but for those brief moments between the painful cries they seem to comforted by being in your arms. For those small moments everything is okay.
Those moments are truly heart melting moments. And in such hard and trying times you need to take in and cling to the feelings those moments give you.
