Miso Marinaded Beef with Rice

Cooked from my Harumi Kurihara cook book (Everyday Harumi : Simple Japanese Food For Family & Friends).  Definitely a good recipe especially with the flavor of the marinade and I’v used it after this with fish and chicken.
