POEM 6
Moving with stillness and being with contentment.
Is like water drifting slowly , yet it is.
Rather it’s affected by a pebble, a stone or
anyone taking a dip with ones little toes.
It’s unsettled, but, adapts and becomes one
with what ever it comes in contact with.
Moving with stillness and being with contentment
Can make one better than water.
A human knows more than just to adjust.
we Love, care, and feel the cool water on our toes.
We have the ability to realize it’s quiet healing.
The feeling of being still, but in movement
because we’re at a state of being.
Which makes us better than water,
In the fact that we know when enough is enough
and water does not.
Well this is my entry for day 6, as I participate in
for a poetry prompt or to read other poets that’s participating follow this link:
My inspiration for this poem was my yoga work out earlier today. I do power yoga every other day combined with a cardio workout like Zumba or something, in-between those days I will do 50 or 30 mins of Kundalini. which I love, In fact I just have to say as someone who hasEndometriosis Kundalini helps better than any pain med has ever had. so hence, I’ am inspired by this exercise and it’s mediations . The meditation today at the end of session was to learn moving with stillness.
