I love Road Trips. Nothing’s better than the open road, and discovering new places along the way. This summer, I’ve hit the road a few times discovering all new places of California I haven’t been to before… The Redwoods, Pismo Beach, Solvang, Redding, and much more.

When you’re in the car, it’s easier to get to places you’ve always wanted to visit, but with any road trip there are a few items I ALWAYS must bring with me along the way:

Sunglasses: That SUN is a mighty pest, especially on the road

A Notebook: Not only does this come in handy at night when jotting ideas down, and recaps from the days travels, but also great to have as an idea holder. Jotting down a new place you don’t want to forget about, or information about a place you’ve been along the way.
A first Aid Kit: Because, you never know when you might need it.
