Now that it's a colder time of year it's all about the boots for me. The bright summer dresses and flat heeled pumps have been put away and replaced by pairs of shiny new boots and big fluffy warm jumpers. Oh and just in case you don't already know - it's Christmas next month.. there, I said it - I feel better now. ;)
So today I thought I would give you a look at my shoe (or rather boot) collection for Autumn/Winter.. I seem to have somehow accumulated four new pairs this year!
// £12 Bargain Boots //These were an absolute bargain at £12 in the New Look sale earlier this year, which sadly means they're probably no longer available (though I could be wrong). For £12 which is less than what lunch can cost me on some days they've been amazing. I've worn them lots and they've shown no sign of wear yet at all.
// Brown Rieker Ankle Boots //
Personally, I think that these cowboy inspired ankle boots look great with jeans or black leggings.They are so comfy on and really warm due to a fleece lining inside, which makes them ideal for this time of year. The heel is nice and small which for tall girls like (especially those with a shorter partner/boyfriend/Husband - again like me) is great. I'm a big fan of these and often wear them when I need something a bit more brown then the ones above. They are from a website called shoetique.co.uk.
// Zip Black Ankle Boots //
These are probably my favorite pair of boots that I own right now. This picture does not do them justice! I brought them from ASOS though they are actually from River Island. Again, just as with the last pair (above) they are nice and warm inside and though they have a larger heel they are really comfy to walk in (and that's coming from someone who finds it incredibly hard to walk in heels!). I absolutely love these boots, though you can probably tell by the dirt on them, haha! ;) They look amazing with any trousers/jeans/leggings but in particular and in my opinion - black jeans or black leggings.
// Heavenly Feet Berry3 Claret //
These are the only near knee high length boots that I have been wearing so far this year (though I do own a few other pairs). They are totally different to what I usually go for or have and I am really loving the colour! If your conscious about the amount of leather you buy, like I try to be, then the material used on this is imitation leather and I believe that all of the shoes I've posted above are also free from leather as far as I know. These boots go amazing with black leggings and big fluffy cardigans and are from Shoetique.
I hope you've (hopefully) enjoyed looking through my Autumn/Winter shoe collection. What are your favorite style of shoe or boots at the moment?
