The past few weeks have been hectic to say the least.
I remember my own mom often talking about stressful the build up to Christmas was and I think this is the first year that I really understand how she felt...it feels like the to do lists are never ending, and even after all of the presents are bought and wrapped there is still so much to do and to organize...and of course the everyday tasks don't stop just because Christmas is coming, and so my already-very-full plate is now balancing precariously...and needless to say, it has me feeling a little frazzled!
So when the lovely folks over at Cadbury got in touch to ask if I'd like to indulge myself in a little treat by taking part in their Big Night In campaign...it really couldn't have come at a better time!
They sent me a lovely hamper which contained a personalised bowl, a very snuggly and comfortable personalised onesie (in Cadbury Purple of course!) and lots of yummy Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Ice Cream to enjoy...all I had to do was have a relaxing evening in and enjoy it!
So I let the Christmas Prepping slide for the night and instead I spent the evening snuggled up in my onesie and watching Netflix...I really can't get enough of Netflix at the moment, I've just finished watching the new season of Gilmore Girls which I'd been looking forward to all year and although I really enjoyed it I'm just so sad that it's over now...I really hope they bring it back for another season because HELLO?! I need answers...those #FinalFourWords cannot be the end!!
Now that Gilmore Girls is finished, I need to find something new to binge watch...I've watched and loved My Crazy Ex Girlfriend, Making A Murderer, Grace & Frankie, The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt & Orange is The New Black & Jane The Virgin...so what should I watch next?! I'm thinking of trying The Crown...any good?!
As for the ice cream...oh my goodness! Cadbury have really gone all out with this one! The mix of vanilla and chocolate ice cream is so more-ish, and the addition of the flavourful jelly sweets, popping candy and delicious chunky chocolate core makes it just like heaven in a little tub
...it's become a firm favorite in our house already and I'm ashamed to say that the four tubs they sent us last week have already gone, but it wasn't all me...as you can see, I had to fight for it!
