My Little Blue Dress.

EShakti sent me and email asking if I'd like a free dress and in turn to write about it on this here blog! At first I was a bit skeptical, because I wasn't sure if I'd like the dress and didn't want to lie to any of my readers just to get free clothes. So I didn't respond. After about a week of the offer sitting in my inbox I saw two of my favorite bloggers, Ruthie and Lindsay, did eShakti dress reviews. My first thought was "WHOA! They look gorgeous", and my second thought was "SCORE! I would love a free dress for summer!" I immediately went back to my inbox and clicked the link.
I started to browse their website and without getting past the second page I already was having a hard time choosing which dress I wanted. There were so many cute ones, and all of them have such this vintage look that I love! After emailing 20 different dress links to my husband we found the one.  I always like to include him on my decisions because at the end of the day he's the one I want thinking that I am smoking hot! I started to order the dress and found out what all the rage is about! eShakti customizes every dress purchased from my head to my pinky toe! I started to get as giddy as a school girl, you see I am 5'2" and often dresses that are suppose to go above the knee go to my mid-calf. I have had some ill fitting dresses in my day. Online shopping can often be a culprit to ordering dresses that are shown on a 6 foot tall model with an amply bosom, and I am not that model.
Here's a screenshot so you can see what I mean when I say customize. On each dress you choose your size according to bust, waist and hips. You select your height so when you're selecting cuts and lengths you get what you think you're getting.  Also if the dress has straps you can choose which style: strapless, halter top or regular straps.

After I ordered it took about a week for my dress to arrive. I was so antsy waiting for it to come. I believe I ordered on Thursday and it came the following Friday. I was so excited to wear it all weekend long, and probably even sleep in it because I love it so much but lucky for me, I live in Utah and the weather is so spastic! It was a beautiful day on Wednesday, sunny and in the 60's, then Thursday and Friday it snowed. The good news is yesterday it started to warm back up and I was able to wear the dress outside to get some beautiful photos! Thanks to my husband who is a fabulous photographer. He's good at making me laugh, so I don't get those cheesy smiles.
What do you think of my new eShakti dress?

I think an eShakti dress would be a fabulous idea for bridesmaid dresses. It's impossible to find a dress to fit more than 1 girl well. All girls have such different bodies. Wouldn't you love if you were in a wedding party and were able to have the dress customized to your body, so as you're wearing it all day it would fit well and you'd look great? As a bride that certainly would take a lot of stress off of you!
I try really hard to be picky about what content is on my blog. I want to make sure that I am proud of everything that is on here, especially when it comes to reviews. I imagine my blog being a commercial for these companies that ask me to do reviews and when I review their product I am endorsing it. I only want to endorse products that I truly believe in. Now you can have faith that I am being totally honest when I say that I LOVE this dress!
