My New Obsession

I signed up to the gym two weeks ago, and I am extremely proud to say I have definitely had my money's worth this month so I am pretty proud of myself so far. Hopefully, I won't lose my motivation. As well as using the gym and the swimming pool, there is a also a sauna and a steam room - which is fantastic - and so many classes! So far, I have attended aqua (which, although fun, did not feel like real exercise) and on Monday I went to step and Zumba, both of which I found fantastic. I left feeling tired, sweaty and extremely proud of myself!
I have also found a recipe on pinterest (@princesscx) which I am very excited about! I have had a browse through google and I have concluded that it is very good for you, and completely natural. I am, in fact, talking about cinnamon and honey tea! It is 100% natural, I have been using one cinnamon stick brewed for half an hour and then I added half a teaspoon of honey. Not only does it taste amazing, it is meant to help flush all of the toxins through the body and help you to lose weight. It is meant to be drunk first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, and before bed. After reading lots of reviews, I would like to believe it shall work, but I shall definitely be updating you on my thoughts!
My tea isn't actually present as nicely as this, I am only putting it in a mug ;) Finally, as well as regularly using the gym and drinking my special tea, I am also doing the 30 day squat challenge. My thighs and bum have never hurt so much, but I can only assume that is a good thing! (Providing it works) I shall be updating you on the change - hopefully I shall have the most toned bum going!
 I am only up to 70 squats, so I have thousands left to do, so wish me luck!
