The real estate market is very bad right now. But… is the real estate suffering because of the economy, or is it suffering because the media is telling everyone the market is bad, and buyers are fearful of buying? You may now be missing an opportunity because someone you admire is giving you bad advice. You are being influenced by a negative report that may or may not be accurate. Do a bit of your own research – and use your own intuition – to figure out if an opportunity is worth taking. It probably is.
