We started out by heading to Johnstown for about a week. We had a blast. We went to the bucco game and did all kinds of things. But then the real fun began. We headed down to Pittsburgh to visit my moms side of the family and throw my grandparents a 50th Anniversary Party. A surprise party. They knew we were coming in, along with my Aunt and family from Alabama. What they did no know was that all of my grandmothers brothers and sisters would be there, and my grandfathers sister as well, along with some of their nephews and neices. This is a big deal because they never thought they would see these people again. My grandma was bawling when her sister from Virginia who is in bad health showed up. It was amazing. I guess I just wanted to say cherish you family. It is truly amazing. Bringing family together cannot be beaten, and do not hesistate to do so, because you may never get another shot at it.
