My Unexpected Mini BAG Haul

Posted on the 30 September 2013 by Genzelkisses

Ever since I was a kid, I have this love for collecting bags.  They are not those high-end brands though.  Most of them were bought in malls.  Just last year, I had this major general cleaning of my collection and I gave most of my bags to my nieces and cousins as I want to change my style and bid goodbye to my memorable cutey bags.  I also donated some to those who are in need and I know my bags will be of help to them going to school.  So why am I saying this?  Now, I only have a few bags left and when my mom asked me what I want since my dad visited me here in the country, I said BAG! without blink of an eye *laughs*

I did’t have any idea that my mom will send me not only one but tons of bags!  Wee, thank you Mama! ^_^  But, I won’t be needing like a lot that’s why I gave some to my relatives and just picked the ones that I’ll be using for sure.  Here are the bags that I got.

Laura Jones from Strandbags Australia

My mom goes to Big W Mall in Perth whenever she’s bored at home and one of her favorite boutiques there is Strandbags.  It’s a popular store in Perth that has different brands and styles of bags.  You will never leave the store without carrying a new one.  I think she got this on sale for $59.00 AUD.  I love it so much!  I’ve used this thrice since I got it and I received compliments from friends  It’s sturdy and can house a lot of stuff inside.

It doesn’t have any brand name, but this just looks so fab!  I lalalala-love it!  I bring this going to church every weekend and I’m so happy that it goes really well with most of my outfits

Another brandless bag which is super huge, as in!  My 13-inch laptop perfectly fits inside this beautiful pink bag.  The stitches were nicely done and I can say, it’s stout.

My next favorite is this Guess Handbag.  I’ve been asking her to get this for me and finally here you go!  This one is just a small.  It can fit an umbrella (foldable), Wallet, phones, and other trinkets you have.  It comes with a dust bag to protect it from dust and dirt.  I think she also bought this at Big W, Guess counter.

88 Cabrelli Sling Bags

I rarely go out with a small bag as this one so I rarely use them but I love their designs.  Simple, neat, and sophisticated.

This one is from Strandbags again but, I can’t see the brand name inside.  I like the color, it can go with almost any outfit plus it can contains a lot of your stuff.

My last one is this White Sling bag from a thrift store.  I think, mom bought this for only $2.00 AUD. (super cheap right?) at Salvation Army or Good Sammy at Armadale.  We used to go there together before because there are just so many great finds from that store.

I love this mini bag haul of mine from my mom.  Thank you thank you mother dear! ^_^  She also sent me some accessories that I’ll be sharing in a different post, so please stay tuned for that.

What is your most favorite bag from these bags that I got from my mom?

Mine is the Laura Jones one ^_^
