Before and During my recovery I have loved to take photos. During my adventures out of the house I photograph almost every detail for 2 reasons. The first being that I feel that a moment of life should be remembered, many moments of my life and have been lost and I wish that I had captured them on film before the chance to was taken away. The second is that when I am taking pictures I concentrate more on how the picture will turn out, rather than where I am and what is going on around me.

Photography is just a wonderful hobby.
& a Picture is worth a thousand words.
If you are battling Anxiety it is a great idea to become involved in something that has meaning to you. It could be blogging, writing in a notebook (which is very therapeutic) or taking photographs.
The smallest of activities can keep your mind so occupied that it blocks out the world.
The pictures are some recent ones of the many that I am very proud of. I am sorry for the quality level as they were taken from my cell phone. I hope to be able to save money to purchase a quality Canon Camera, but at the current I have to work with what I got. I welcome criticism but please dont be harsh, I do not claim to be a professional, just a lover of it.
