New Firmoo Glasses!

Look what I got.

Three new glasses from Firmoo.com!
Last December I won two $20 vouchers from Firmoo.com from two separate give-aways. One was at Codename Aya's blog and the other one was from Chai Chen's  blog. The deal with these vouchers is that I had to pay for the $18 shipping fee. The shipping fee was kinda expensive for me but glasses are a necessity so I decided to use them.
Here's what I picked:
The first one are these rounded wayfarer tortoise shell style frames. The lenses are graded (I'm near-sighted), 40% tinted,  and has anti-glare and UV protection.

I wanted a decent pair of sunglasses but the sunglasses at Firmoo are all above $20 and I can only use one coupon per purchase. Then I had this idea of making my own sunglasses instead, that way I can also have it graded.

I picked this frame because it's quite unique. There are a lot of cheap sunglasses sold in the streets that are knock-offs of the original brands and they all look the same! I wanted wayfarers but the good ones look like the cheaper ones.

I rarely see tortoise shell designs around. I think it's because people think it'll make them look old? As for me I think it's stylish.

The frame only costs $8 but I had to pay extra for the tint, the anti-glare and anti-UV. The grade was free. Over-all, I used up my first $20 for this pair.

The second pair is for my sister:

This pair actually has no power. My sister has astigmatism and she'll have to change lenses in a few months. She wanted huge nerd frames so I got her this one and we'll just let her eye doctor fit the new lenses.

Another pair worth $8.

It makes me look like I have big dolly eyes.

See the difference?

The last pair is for bf.

This pair has no grade too but it has anti-glare and UV-protection.

He has 20-20 vision but his work requires him to face the computer all the time.

He had been frequently complaining about having a headache lately and I just know that it's the computer screen.

He's been using these glasses for almost a month now and he'd been happy about it!

The cost of the 2nd and 3rd pairs amounted a little over $20 so I was able to use the voucher again.
When I made the purchase for the two orders, I had to pay for the shipping fee of each. But then I asked the customer support if I can combine the order so they only have to ship it once. They were quick to reply and refunded the $18 for the shipping fee of my second order!
Also, I've been having trouble with receiving packages lately. But the ones sent from firmoo arrived on time!
Presenting, my army of firmoo glasses:

old glasses sent by Firmoo.com last May of 2012. and still scratch-free until now!

As I said on twitter, I'm absolutely loving these new glasses from Firmoo.com!
