As some of you know I am a relatively new blogger, I just started blogging a few months ago. One of the reasons I felt compelled to blog was because I was shocked, as a new mom, at how many other moms in Italy were lookin’ good and dressing well! Especially considering that people here live without credit cards (don’t believe me!? I wrote about it here)!
We all know what Miranda Kerr, Gwen Stefani and Kim and Kourtney Kardashian and Nicole Richie are wearing. Yes, they are moms with nice style, they are also super rich and have the media follow them around everywhere they go. You’d dress better too if you knew that someone was going to take your picture!
But, what if no one was going to take your picture? What if you were just running out to the grocery store, would you wear that lip gloss? Would you pull on those cute cowboy boots? Would you belt up that trench?
I wanted to bring you a glimpse into what real moms are wearing. The moms that I see around town on my adventures. These are women that just took it a little further in the morning and made me look twice! I’m a big fan of giving compliments where compliments are due, so this is my ode to the fashionista moms out there in normal people land, who make mothering just that much more glamorous.
