If you prefer to stay in “the area” to avoid a long flight maybe Southern Europe is more for you. Stay at Hospes Amerigo in Alicante on Spain’s East Coast five minutes from the beach yet in the middle of everything. This five star hotel offers a gourmet restaurant and meals can be enjoyed at the rooftop lounge bar with an amazing view of the old city and castle next to an open-air pool. The hotel offers its guests free spa treatments, a well-equipped gym and lots of opportunities to relax in the hotel lounge after a stroll in the old city or a day at the beach.
Whatever your preferences are don’t forget that getting away from the daily routine is all about unwinding and finding that special time to be together as a couple and a family that sometimes get lost in a busy everyday life.
