Let's get something straight. Why am I always shaking it for you? I mean, how long am I going to have to shake it before you shake it back? And since I'm not a real country girl, should I still be shaking it? Will you tell me to stop if I tell you I'm a midwestern city girl from northeast Ohio?
I love you Luke, but I've been feeling like our relationship is really one sided lately. I first fell in love with you when you sang about me in Sorority Girl and I knew that you felt the same way about me. Remember the time you thought someone else was calling me baby? Well maybe they were, but it's always been you Luke, always.
I mean let's be real, all my friends say I started shooting doubles when you walked in. And I'm personally not one to take double shots. I think they're icky. But that's how you know it was love at first sight.
And how can you even ask me if you turn me on at all when you kiss me? Um, unless I missed something, we haven't kissed yet... so I don't know who you're singing about. Unless it was after I was shooting all the doubles, then it might make more sense..
I guess for now I'll keep shaking it and hope that you beg me to stay, even when you say you won't. I'm not already gone, so you should probably run after me so we can do what we do best (wink wink).
Oh and don't worry about my husband, he knows.
Signed,
A concerned citizen who's tired of shaking it for you... but would wait forever.
