Linking up today with Kristin and her Baby Talk This afternoon it dawned on me... even though we are still 66 days [yes, i'm counting] Avrie isn't a baby anymore...
I even updated my facebook status with the following to help show exactly how I have come to this conclusion.
"this moment right now when avrie says to me "mom, i be right back, i go get kangy" and goes thru two baby gates shutting the door "locking" them behind her- going up the stairs straight to her room and comes back all within a couple of minutes (w/ kangy)- i realize that she is not a baby anymore and getting to be way too independent. i dont know how i feel about all of this..."
[a true reflection of little miss and her personality on this day today!]Avrie keeps us busy, laughing, smiling and in awe each day! There are times when her complete out of NO WHERE tantrums drive me insane and short term sicknesses make me sad, but I wouldn't give it back for anything. She is overall a healthy, strong, smart, beautiful and the very best little girl around.
