I would normally do my Thankful Thursday post, but today, I was malled on the phone by a lady, basically because I am in a new position and wasn't quite sure how to answer her questions. The truth is, I don't understand why people are so rude and nasty to those who are trying to help them. In these situations, I know I should be calm, cool, and concise, but heck, my blood was boiling hot {down in the south, people know that's not good}. Of course, I didn't let her know that. I did keep my composure, but I could feel my face turn bright red, my hands begin to shake, and I simply wanted to scream, "This is not a real problem, so why are you yelling at me?!" I have come to realize that some people just like the drama. If you talk to me nice, I don't know the answer. If you talk to me rudely, I don't know the answer. So why even be rude? It really gets you nowhere.
Then cut to me, in the office, about to cry, embarrassed out of my brain cells. Oh, this job. It's hard sometimes. People like to run over us like we don't matter, or like we don't work 'for them', which we do! It's frustrating! I know out of all of the bad, there are 10 more that aren't bad. But when the bad come, it's BAD!
