Here’s all my super exciting eats from yesterday.
Breakfast then lunch
Oh yes we did! To keep my food sensitive tummy happy I had a hamburger protein style (no bun) with mustard instead of secret sauce. I was so giddy with surprise that it tasted so yummy! Better than the cheeseburger protein style. Bomb dot com!! I also had french fries even though I’m supposed to avoid potatoes. My diet has become a little more open now that I’ve nailed down what I’m actually sensitive to….. more on that in a post to come.
Fitness!
I’m the workout DVD queen these days. I downloaded a bunch on my netflix account and I’ve been getting my combat training in with Tae Bo. Yesterday I did a 40 minute Firm Cardio dvd and boy did it kick my bootay –literally.
My gluteus is so sore today! Ahh, gluteus sore is not as good as ab sore.
My first dinner didn’t get photographed but I had some spicy curry noodle soup. Second dinner was a mug of rice chex with almond milk.
My workout left me tearing through my kitchen like a wild banshee all evening. I ate so many little snacks thinking I’d cure my hunger but nothing did until I made a gigantic bowl of air popped popcorn with evoo and Paula Dean house seasoning blend.
Okay workout gods, I workout so that I can burn some of my squish…. not to be plagued until I replenish my squishy stores!!
Today I’m eating light because all my snacking last night has definitely caught up with me and I don’t feel hungry at all! Gahhh.
