Target is soon to open in Katoomba, yippee!
I have heard that soon Target will be opening, I think it was the end of July, I could be wrong. How wonderful it was to see the progress of a shop that looks like they are getting ready to open soon! I know people travel greater distances to get things and we have had to travel for a while since the closing of K-Mart. It will be a wonderful thing to be able to get simple singlets, skivvies, socks and just other household items at one shop that will not cost the earth.
Target will be taking up the space where Franklins and other shops were, just in case you don’t know where it will be.
How exciting is this, a shop soon! I am over the moon about it. No more travel to Penrith, well maybe some but if we have the right shops here why would you need to. Let’s hope that it has a decent amount of stock and choice. Just because we live in the Blue Mountains and it is considered country I find we don’t get a lot of choice, so in the end you then have to travel to Penrith or Lithgow anyway.
Are you getting excited or is it just me? Maybe I am a bit odd getting so happy about a shop.
