These are the last few photos from our beach trip last week; I wanted to share them here before the summer rolls to an end. Soon it will be time for falling leaves and scarves wrapped tight and walking through the New York streets with boots on our feet and hot cocoa in our hands. I'm really looking forward to spending this autumn with Biet, and to introducing her to the many wonders of the season.
But we still have a few summertime adventures planned, and are enjoying soaking up these last few weeks of warmth & sun. Because just as I miss the chilly fall and winter now, I know that I'll long for this heat when it has gone.
