I get a ton of emails asking me how I balance my blog with everything else in life.
I love organization.
I think being organized is key when blogging. I'm just a stay at home wife and I have a hard time keeping everything straight. I always wonder how women with a full time job or multiple kiddos still manage to have a blog.
In the past I've shared with you a handful of ways to keep your blog under control:
Planning Your Posts Ahead Of Time
Bloglovin'
Dedicating One Day To Blogging
Schedule Posts
Use Passionfruit To Manage Your Ads
Well today I want to share with you an amazing tool that saves my life on a daily basis.
Evernote

If you don't currently use Evernote, you should really consider it.
It's free and you can get it on both your computer and phone.
So what is Evernote?
Evernote is a way to manage a bunch of notes, clippings, whatever you want.
The BIG thing I use it for is to manage my Sponsors.
Every time I get a new Sponsor, I add them to my "Sponsor Notebook". I write down when their Ad starts, all their basic info, and make a checklist of things I owe them with their Ad spot.
Above you can see (sort of) that this is for Robin's Ad Spot. She is my current In Post Ad. This is actually a picture from about a week ago. I've now emailed her offering her a blog intro post and guest post so I can check those two items off as well.
This is so helpful so you don't forget to do everything you promised a Sponsor that you would!
I also make notebooks for Cara Box themes, post ideas, product reviews, and so much more!
One of the coolest things they offer is a "web clipper".
Here I am on Kate Spade - OoOoOoOo I love that bag! Must remember!Enter: Web Clipper
It's a little button that stays at the top of your browser. You hit clip and it will make a note in a notebook for you!
Almost like "Pinning" but it will save all of the details (picture, info, location, EVERYTHING!!!) to a note. It's like a screen print of whatever you are looking at.
You can also attach documents, record audio and basically anything else you find while on your travels through the blogesphere.
It's also the way I manage my product reviews. Some companies are very specific on what they need from you or what you should include in the review. Evernote makes keeping track of all that so simple! I can clip pictures of the product, attach press releases and write down things I experience while trying out the product. Then, when I write the review, I have everything at my fingertips.
What are you waiting for!
Go take a look at Evernote.
You'll be really glad you did!
