Paneer Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
- Paneer - 250 Gm ,Cubed
- Cooked Rice - 2 1/2 cups
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Garlic pods - 2 tbsp , Minced
- Spring Onion - 1 bunch , Finely Chopped
- Capsicum | Bell Peppers - 1 no , Diced
- Salt - To taste
- Green Chilli Paste - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tsp
- Ajinamotto - 1 tsp
- Crushed Pepper Corns - 2 tsp ( As per Spice level , Could be increased or decreased )
Method:
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan . Add the minced garlic and saute for few seconds .
Now add the bell peppers and half of spring onions , salt , Ajinamotto , Crushed Pepper Corns and fry for few more seconds . Take care that the Veggies are not over done .
Add the diced Paneer cubes and cooked till the paneer gets fried in oil .
Add the cooked Rice , green chilli sauce , Soya sauce and salt if needed more and mix .
Add the remaining spring onions and toss it along with the rice .
Serve warm along with Gobi Manchurian
The rice was really yummy blended well with Crunchy capsicum and soft Paneer cubes and nice flavor of spring onions
