It’s a brand spankin’ new week! All fresh and clean, straight from the Week Factory.
I really like new weeks because it’s kinda like starting fresh. If I wasn’t too happy with my workouts last week, I get a whole new chance starting Monday. If I felt like I ate way too many burritos and french fries… which I’ve done!!! I get a new chance to eat a weeks worth of veggies and legumes.
I just like saying legumes… it’s a fun word.
I had a piping hot mug of french vanilla Dunkin’ Doughnuts coffee this AM. While I dug into my Foodie Pen Pal box for April!!!
This month I got to meet a truly AWESOME blogger named Michelle! She writes the blog Hit the Bricks, and I love it so much she’s made my blog loves page.
Look at all this fun loot! I must admit that I opened my box right after I got it and I dove into the box of Dots…

Michelle was so awesome. She sent me all dairy/whey/casein free foods and a few of them I’ve never had before.
The GreenSuperFood mix for 1 and the bengal spice tea. I’m already counting down the minutes until I get home tonight to try some.

This is the sweetest part… and it’s not about the chocolate flavored almond butter so you know it’s gonna be good!
Michelle told me that she read that people who can’t consume dairy put nutritional yeast on a lot of things. I’d never heard of this before!!! And guess what… she sent me some nutritional yeast to try. Michelle, YOU ROCK!!
