Perfect Skin For All The Family with The Body Shop

Posted on the 22 March 2014 by Sparklesandstretchmarks @raine_fairy
Skincare is something that is massively important to me, as I tend to find that if I don't look after my skin it becomes easily dried out and looks rather unloved and unappealing...
So when we were recently given the opportunity to try out some lovely Body Shop products, I of course jumped at the chance.
The products sent were not just for me to enjoy, infact there were skin treats in store for the whole family!
Perfect Skin For All The Family with The Body Shop
Jon was sent the Mens Skincare Kit, consisting of:
  • Maca Root Face Wash 50 ml
  • Maca Root Shave Cream 50ml
  • Maca Root Razor Relief 50ml
  • Maca Root Energetic Face Protector 50ml
Maca Root is known for its hormone boosting properties, and Jon has found the shave cream and razor relief in particular to be Holy Grail products - infact he has already repurchased these since his samples ran out. Available for £14.00Perfect Skin For All The Family with The Body ShopAs for me, I was sent the Honeymania Body Butter. The body butter offers 24 hour hydration, and has a luxurious rich buttery texture - I worried it may be quite overpowering in the "Honey scent" stakes as it contains Fair Trade Honey but it actually has more of a floral scent, much more pleasant. It left my skin feeling soft and silky for hours!Available here for £13.00And of course, Tyne was not left out!He was sent the Buriti Baby Body Butter - I haven't been able to locate this on the Body Shop website which is a shame, but I can vouch for it's lovely delicate scent and its lovely texture - so easy to glide on and leaves baby's delicate skin soft and cared for.Ideal! We have all really enjoyed The Body Shop's skincare offerings, and will certainly continue to use them in the future...with such a wide range available we will be spoiled for choice! If you enjoy my blog, please consider following me on Bloglovin'  Have you checked out my Super Sparkler Advertiser Box Of Hugs?
