Pinktober

PinktoberHello lovelies!First up, happy Halloween! I can't believe it is almost November now, I need to start sorting out my Christmas shopping asap! Anyway for fancy dress at work recently I dressed up as a Gothic Fairy and on the last day of it I decided to use this hair chalk that I had lying around being unused and see what it would come out like and do a mini tutorial for you all. Enjoy!PinktoberPinktoberFirst thing you do is get the pot of hair chalk, I got mine from The Body Shop.PinktoberI held the chalk in my hand and using my thumb and fingers, made a rubbing motion onto my hair until I was satisfied with how pink my hair was. Then I'd recommend using some hairspray to lock in the color so that you don't get the majority of it all over your top or neck.PinktoberThen wash your hands afterwards as the pink can get all over your hands (this wasn't as bad as when I did the day after!) and check your neck area too, I used makeup wipes to clear any extra bits.PinktoberAnd there you go! Considering how blonde my dipdye is usually, I was impressed with how bright it came out, unlike my last attempt of dying my dipdye! I think this a great idea for either any subtle halloween ideas or if you just fancied changing up your look. And it washes out straight away so if you are dissatisfied with it then you can be at ease in knowing it disappears straight away.
Thanks for reading! & Happy Halloween! :)
