Plasmacytoma (2)

Good news!

The vet just called us to tell us that the removed tumor was indeed a plasmacytoma. When it concers a plasmacytoma on the head or in the oral cavity, it’s discovered soon and consequently removed in its entirety there’s practically no chance of it occuring in/on other parts of the body. There is a chance, however, that he’ll develop another plasmacytoma in around the same area as the old one, and that should be removed as soon as possible. But for now, we’re just celebrating that he’ll stay with us for – hopefully – a very long time!
