I have just come across an article in the Telegraph claiming people waste 69 minutes a day wibbling about jobs they don't want to do.

This translates into three years of life, with a fifth of the population umming and arring for over two hours a day.

This article takes me on two trains o thought - firstly, who timed this? Did they follow me around with a stop watch, noting when I chose the washing up or ironing to get out of somethinng even worse? Or did they just note people standing there aimlessly, sucking their fingers perhaps?

Secondly, what is wasted time? Is it looking at old photos? Watching the bird in the nest outside my bedroom window? Blogging?
