Pumpkin Face Mask, Facial Treatment For The Fall

I love incorporating the seasonal fruits and vegetables into my skin care routines. Researching their beauty benefits and making a face mask out of them. When I de-seeded my pumpkin a few weeks ago, I was really inspired to make a pumpkin face mask out of the innards of the pumpkin. Later that night, I didn't really have the energy to do that, but I came across this one facial mask recipe using canned pumpkin! Who would have known that there are beauty benefits to canned pumpkin. A face mask that does good and smells good! SCORE! I don't remember the site I found the recipe on, but there are a lot of different recipes. The recipe I used called for only 5 ingredients!

PUMPKIN FACE MASK INGREDIENTS:

~2 teaspoons of canned pumpkin
~1/2 teaspoon of milk
~1/2 teaspoon of honey
~1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
~1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
I love the smell of canned pumpkin. It smells delicious! Just like Fall. In a little bowl, mix together the pumpkin, honey, milk, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Now brush it on a freshly cleansed face, and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. I wish I had a pumpkin moisturizer, because the recipe said to top it off with a pumpkin moisturizer for an instant glow. I have just regular facial moisturizer. I felt glowy though...  And my skin looked great!  (After the below picture) And then the results... I had to make the picture tiny so that it wouldn't look grainy. I had to use the front camera of my phone because when I used the back camera, it would turn out blurry. I have shaky hands... and my camera died so I had to use my phone.  After using the face mask, my face felt so good! I love using natural products in face masks. It's the best face food :) Actual fruit for your face. Best face food.
