Happy Sundae Day, crusaders! I hope you’re spending it honoring the brave women and men of the armed forces, as Sundae Day shares November 11, with Veteran’s Day (a strange combo).
I’d be remiss if I didn’t point out the oddness of the fact that these two occasions share a day (couldn’t find another day ice cream industry?). Not to mention the fact that Sundae Day really should be celebrated on a Sunday. Thanksgiving gets a permanent day of the week, why not sundaes?
