Blog Friends!! Today was exhausting. My Dad is gone on vacation but Me, Rick and Jaemen are keeping the office open so we can get all this printing completed and shipped. I swear, this stuff is like manual labor. I’m practically falling asleep and it’s only 6:57pm.
The day started off with a trip to the wellness center for a blood draw. 
I’m going to be completely honest and say that I freaked out and thought of 5 ways I could spontaneously evacuate the center by escaping through the back door and breaking for the Subway across the street where I could hide behind a foot-long meatball sub.
I didn’t do it….
35 minutes, 10 tears, 2 vials of blood, and 1 needle later I was at the ‘Bucks in line for a well deserved grande pumpkin spice awake tea latte with and soymilk.
Tonight I went on my first run in a week! 
2 slow miles in the first sprinkle/rain of fall!!! It was the BEST RUN EVER!
I was so excited I contained myself and just walked inside like a normal person.
Then I made first dinner.
I made a Thai Kitchen rice noodle bowl, the Lemongrass and Chili flavor. They are gluten free and a quick and easy dinner. After all my lifting boxes, sifting and sorting them for shipping tomorrow and packaging some new ones, and don’t forget my run I was H-U-N-G-R-Y!
Then I had second dinner….
Root beer float! Total awesomesauce.
While eating this root beer float I started thinking about why it’s called root beer. Then I started thinking and What is the official way to eat a Root Beer Float?
Are you supposed to eat the ice cream with a spoon then sip the root beer through the straw? Or are you supposed to get some root beer and ice cream on the same spoon for simultaneous slurping? Maybe the spoon is to stir the ice cream into the root beer?
