While Valentine's Day is tomorrow, some online retailers (Blue Nile, Tiffany & Co., and Pearl Paradise, for example) are offering overnight shipping that ends later today. And do head over to your local jeweler for last-minute jewelry gifts. Today is likely the busiest jewelry shopping day of the month: a FedEx survey of 1,000 consumers found that 36 percent of Valentine's Day shoppers "wait until the last minute" to make a purchase.
