Hey guys. Could life get any more busy?!?! I feel like ET after he wakes up from being “dead” and he’s screaming ET phone home. Phone Home! ET!! ET! ET phone home! Home!! Home Phone. ET Phone Home!
Anyways… Yesterday I had 2 miles on the agenda and I almost didn’t do ‘em. Work is like serious manual labor. We’re lugging these big boards around, pre treating them for printing, setting them up for print, and then assembling them after. My body felt exhausted by the time I got off at 3:30pm.
Isn’t that a great look?!
At least I know I’m not getting lead poisoning and I wont die in my sleep from inhaling little yellow flakes of paint that look like fish food.
Here’s the printer printing on the boards. If only the picture would do them justice. They are 10 inches wide and 40 inches long. They weigh anywhere from 5 pounds to ~35.
Here they are waiting the get assembled. They look really cool. I’m going to try and get a picture of a finished one to show you. The artist sells them online at places like Gilt.
I didn’t get photos of all my eats yesterday but they were pretty standard. You’ve seen them all before because I’m a boring eater that eats the same things all the time.
I did discover this bar though and it was super delicious! I got a little chocolate fix without the dairy and it was pretty filling. I ate half before lunch and half as an afternoon snack.
On today’s running agenda……… 3.5 miles. Good thing we have a game tonight because I’ll have a boat load of nervous energy this afternoon to get me through.
Intuitive Eating
Thanks for all your awesome comments on my Journey post. I really feel like, with the help of all of you, I’ve gotten back on track and am making progress. Last week was good but I didn’t feel like I’d gotten any farther along the journey, I’d stayed on the same yellow square in Candy Land. But this week I feel like I got the double purple card and I’m flying by Mrs. Brittle’s Cottage.
Yesterday I ate half at lunch and dinner because I felt full in the middle. Then I ate the rest later when I was hungry again. Such progress. I’m starting to really love just feeling satisfied and it makes me not want to over eat and feel full. So crazy how having less “rules” will make you eat with more self restraint.

No I winter clean so that come spring I can say HAHA! I already did that. Booyeah!!
What kind of point and shoot camera do you use?
I’m thinking I need one for every day stuff my Olympus tough camera that will survive a nuclear holocaust doesn’t take the best pictures though it’s nice for adventures and excursions.
