Ratatouille for Valentine

I am not really the wining and dining kinda gal, to be honest I hate cupids, and hearts for Valentine's day, so I thought I 'd show my affection in a different way, in a way that has always guaranteed me a success when it comes to my life partner. He is a gourmand, a taster, a man who takes delight in discovering new foods, new flavors, and it gives me great pleasure to indulge his culinary debaucheries.
He loves stews and since we have never tried the famous Ratatouille recipe before, I thought I'd give it a shot.I used this Ratatouille recipe. The result was not very impressing, it looked kinda mushy, but the taste was amazingly delicious. I highly recommend.
