If I could install a comment button on your computers & smartphones...I would.


Just throwing it out there. We like comments. Especially yours (Yes, I am talking to you. You are you). We all know how good it feels when you post a facebook status and you are rewarded with lots of comments from your friends. It helps assure you that you are funny, smart, witty etc. It's the exact same with a blog.
We are so curious to know what you guys think of this blog so far. Is it what you thought it would be? Would you like to see more or less or something? Is there something we should write about? What interests you? We really appreciate the bbm messages and facebook messages from those of you who have taken the time to let us know what you think. We value that more than you know.
We want to open the doors for everyone to comment on the actual blog. At the bottom of each post there is a space to comment. All comments are welcome, you don't have to be nice (although if you want to, that is ok too). You can even remain annonymous!
For a new blog, we think we are doing pretty well (insert self back patting here). We have almost 3000 page views in 4 weeks. That's almost 100 per day! Now I assume half of these are our parents. The main source is from facebook-so thank you to all the facebook friends for taking a peek (an even bigger THANKS to those who have been sharing the link to the blog on their own facebook wall). Every little bit counts and we really appreciate all of those little bits.
We have some exciting news to share! Starting on Monday May 7th this blog will be available through GoodLife Fitness www.goodlifefitness.com under blogs!

There are a few other things we are adding in the next few weeks:
Ask My Trainer: It's a place where you can post comments or questions about working out, injuries, nutrition or anything and Kyle will post a response (or email you directly if you would prefer privacy).
It's Yummy in Here: We will begin to post nutrition tips and recipes-they will hopefully be healthy, or at least healthier ways to make some classic favourties.
Guest Bloggers: Do you workout with a trainer? Do you workout? If you do and you want to blog about it...let us know! Everyone out there has a story and we would love to be the vehicle for you to share it. Contact Tara (Me+) via email, facebook or twitter and let me know who you are and what you want to blog about. And don't say "I am not a blogger"...neither were we until 2 weeks go.
Sweet Randomness: This is all Me+. There are so many wonderful things out there outside the realm of personal training, exercise and nutrition. I hope to be able to share some of my sweet randomness with you as I experience it. It may be once a week. Once a month. Who knows. That's why it's random.
All of these "extra's" will simply be added as pages at the top of the blog and won't be posted as actual blog posts. So you can simply check them out when you check out our recent workout blog posts.
Lastly, you can also subscribe to this blog via email. You just need to enter your email address on the right hand side of this blog and all new postings will come right to you in your inbox.
