Real Life Fairytales

Posted on the 28 December 2012 by Accordingtoamber @sgwennu

Some places in the world, are so unique, so magical, that they surely must have come from the depths of a fairy tale.
The 'Too High Teahouse' in Japan seems to be the prefect place to host an un-birthday party.
The Stone house in Portugal. Perhaps Rockbiter from The Neverending Story would live here?
This little home on Elliðaey Island, Iceland looks all forgotten about doesn't it?
One of my favourite, these River Vessels in Wyoming would surely be the home of some furry friend in the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe?

And finally, the Neuschwanstein Castle of Germany. Built by King Ludwig II in the late 19th century, the castle was meant as a sanctuary for the reclusive king. Since then, it has become one of the area’s most popular tourist destinations as well as the inspiration for Disneyland’s Sleeping Beauty Castle. via Architizer Twitter | Facebook | Bloglovin' | Hellocotton | Pinterest | Tumblr
