Recipe: Mixed Berry Smoothie

Happy Friday everyone! Today, I'm guest posting for my good friend Jenn where I'm sharing my Top 10 Fashion Blogs. They're what I want my closet to look like when I get back in shape.
You see, a while back, I decided to take a journey to improve my health and fitness. I'm not going to lie - it's been challenging. Thankfully I am blessed with an amazing support group and have come up with inventive ways to keep myself motivated.
Now, when it comes to clean eating, I'm especially picky. I "drink" away at least 1/3 of my daily calories. If you're like me and rely on "convenience" eating, you're going to love this smoothie.

Hi I'm Jennifer! The blonde mind behind Busy Being Jennifer. I'm a former big city girl turned small town Texas blogger.
Life is never boring around here. I'm always looking for a new adventure or new project to work on and I love sharing all of that on my blog. I'm also working hard to live a healthier life and lose a bunch of weight! I'm not much of a breakfast person.
They, whoever they are, say that its the most important meal of the day and helpful when trying to lose weight. And of course I find I am more productive when I've had a good breakfast to start the day off right. Coffee, while helpful, doesn't always cut it. ;-)
I don't like to fuss over breakfast or make a lot of dishes that I'll have to deal with later, so my go to breakfast favorite is a smoothie! I especially like a mixed berry type smoothie. Lately this is my number one go to smoothie recipe...

Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries  1/4 cup frozen raspberries  1/2 cup frozen banana  1 single serve container of black cherry greek yogurt  2 scoops protein shake mix  1/2 to 1 cup cold water (depends on your texture preference)
Directions: Throw all that yummy-ness into a blender and mix until completely smooth. Usually 2-4 minutes on high will do the trick. Serve and enjoy right away!
