Pear and All Bran Muffins
Ingredients:
1 cup All Bran
3/4 cup milk
1 cup self raising flour
25g butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup sugar
1 pear grated
1 teaspoon Honey
Method:
Combine All Bran and milk in a bowl and let sit for ten minutes.
Combine flour and sugar in a new bowl, then rub in the butter.
Add the eggs, pear, honey and the bran mixture and stir until combined.
Spoon the mixture into greased muffin tins.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 200˚c.
