{Recipe} Pork and Apple Balls

Posted on the 14 August 2012 by Meltingmoments

I have been on a recipe finding and cooking mission of late. Trying to find new and interesting meals and snacks for B1 and B2, as well as some for the hubby.

About a month ago, I came across a recipe for Chicken and Apple Balls that I liked the look of and (as I do), I put it aside for another day. Today I was scrolling back through my bookmarks and there it was. Calling for chicken mince, which I didn’t have but I did have pork mince in the fridge waiting for some inspiration. Apple goes great with pork right? So it was decided. Pork and apple balls it would be.
