REVIEW! Annabelle's Abba-Zaba

Abba-Zaba is another bizarrely named bar from Annabelle's. This was sent to me to review from American Soda who also sent me the the Look! bar that I reviewed the other day. The bar weighs 57g  and contains 250 calories.

I loved the vibrant yet simple packaging which I imagine really makes this bar stand out on the shelf, it reminds me of something but I can't think what!
Abba-Zaba is a chewy taffy with a rich peanut butter center. The taffy is white and the texture is very sticky and quite savage on the teeth. It a takes a little work to get it to a nice chewy consistency but hey that is half the fun of a bar like this.
The taffy is very sweet as you would expect and there isn't much flavor to it but when you get to a bit of peanut butter, the taste is amazing!
Verdict I think that I have made the plain taffy sound boring, but it's really not. I think people either love or hate the stuff and I happen to love it and the plain flavor really lets the peanut butter come into it's own. I finished this bar and really, really wanted more! Abba-Zaba is available from American Soda for £1.09 and if you like peanut butter I highly recommend it!
