Today I am reviewing another Irish Dairy Milk bar which was sent to me by the lovely @beccasparkles13. After reviewing the Tiffin bar the other day and being very impressed, I had high hopes for the other bars that Becca kindly sent to me.
Dairy Milk Mint Crisp is another nice chunky bar with 8 squares of chocolate. It weighs 54g and contains 275 calories.
I have always enjoyed minty chocolate but other than the relatively new(ish) Mint Bubbly I don't recall ever trying a minty Dairy Milk. Any other minty bars from Cadbury seem to have been discontinued despite the fact that mint seems to be a popular flavor. This was confirmed when Kit Kat Chunky Mint won the most recent Choose a Chunky Champion, so I am surprised that we don't have this bar more widely available in England. I understand that some Tesco stores have recently started stocking Irish Dairy Milk however so you may be able to track it down.
Mint Bubbly is nice enough but I favour minty bars that have a bit of crunch to them and Mint Crisp is ideal because not only is it mint flavoured Dairy Milk but it also contains honeycomb pieces. The mint is fairly strong but sweet which is just how I like it and I really enjoyed the crunchy texture.
Verdict Another excellent Dairy Milk bar from Cadbury, I can't fault it at all and hope it comes to my local Tesco soon!
