REVIEW! Hershey's Zagnut

I've been meaning to try a Zagnut for a while. It has always intrigued me because this Heshey's bar is quite unusual in that it doesn't contains any chocolate. It was sent to me to review by Monster Sweets who are an online shop specialising in American candy and European chocolate.
This Zagnut weights 49g and contains 220 calories. It is made with crunchy peanut butter and coated with toasted coconut. Peanut butter and coconut are 2 of my favorite things but rarely do they come together.

The texture was very crunchy but chewy at the same time and it was very similar to a 5th Avenue which I reviewed a while back. The filling was almost like a peanut brittle and the peanut butter was quite sweet but still a bit salty. The coconut is messy and looks a bit strange, almost like bread crumbs but don't worry because it tastes really good and the coconut flavor goes really well with the peanut butter.

Verdict Zagnut is a very strange bar and I can't think of any others like it but the coconut works so well with  the peanut butter and it's a good combination of sweet and salty. Another top American candy bar!
