I hope that you are all having a lovely Christmas and getting ready for some New Year celebrations. Just a quick review today of this Hotel Chocolat Salted Peanut & Caramel Bar that my brother got me for Christmas. He clearly knows my taste very well as this little bar incorporates some of my favorite things and I've said many times that you can't go wrong with Hotel Chocolat.
It is a little slab of caramel chocolate and milk chocolate with peanuts. Half of the 100g bar contains 274 calories.
The milk chocolate contains 50% cocoa solids and next to the sweet caramel chocolate it tasted almost dark. The bar was loaded with peanuts which were softer in texture than I had expected. I loved the caramel chocolate which as well as being sweet was creamy and rich. The milk chocolate was of course delicious and this bar was a heavenly combination.
VerdictI loved this bar and I will be on the look out for more Hotel Chocolat caramel chocolate which was seriously good. I will be after some of the Salted Caramel Puddles that is for sure. Thanks Bro!
