Review: Moonpig.com's Personalised Gifts

Posted on the 21 May 2013 by Sparklesandstretchmarks @raine_fairy
I was recently given the opportunity to take a look at the fantastic new range of personalised gifts offered by Moonpig.com
As I'm sure you will all know, Moonpig are a very well known personalised greeting card website - they were one of the first websites to make their mark in the ever popular world of personalised and photo greeting cards, and I'm sure the infamous "Moonpig.com" jingle is forever imprinted on all of our memories!!
Although many other greeting card companies have followed suit, I personally have always stuck to using Moonpig as in my personal opinion they are the original and best!I have ordered from them many times over the years and have always been very impressed with the quality of the products and the efficient delivery service.
So I was very excited to have a look at their new line of personalised gifts! The first thing that struck me was the choice of products - there really is something for everybody! You can choose from personalised or photo upload T shirts, wall art, mugs, chocolates or even personalised wines & spirits!
I decided to have a closer look at two products:

With Fathers Day coming up fast I wanted to get something for my Dad - as most Dads do, he loves his beer and so the fabulous Dads Beer Fest Bundle immediately caught my eye!

The set contains 3 bottles of quality ale with personalised labels - you can choose the text to feature on the bottles, which made ordering very fun as I tried to decide what to have printed on them!
In the end I went for:

Billy Mac - Mr Friday Night! (My mum's sarcastic nickname for my Dad in reference to his Friday nights out at the pub!)Billy Is Ready To Rhumble! (An old family joke in reference to the time he got very drunk at a party, started dancing to Pj & Duncans "Lets Get Ready to Rhumble" and then started asking everybody if they "wanted to Rhumble!") and finally Gagands Bocky....his grandkids all call him Gagand rather than Grandad - and "Bocky" is what we call Tyne's bottle! :)
I think these labels will give him a good giggle on Fathers Day!
Along with the beer, you also get a Pint glass with "Fathers Day - no1 Dad 2013" printed on, along with a coaster, a packet of Awfully Posh Pork Scratchings, A packet of chilli harissa nuts and a pack of chocolate covered nuts!

I can't wait to give this to my Dad on Fathers Day as I know he will absolutely love it!
The Dads Beer Fest Bundle is currently on offer for just £25 until 31st May and can be found HERE. And what is even more fab is that when you order the Beer Fest set, you are given the option to order a FREE personalised greeting card along with it! :)
I also ordered a photo mug:

I wanted something for myself and I loved the pretty, feminine design of this mug! I decided to personalise it with a mix of photos of Tyne, and photos of me & Tyne together!
It was SO easy to create - you just upload your photos and decide where on the mug you want them. It took literally two minutes to order and when it arrived I was absolutely delighted with the result! The quality of the uploaded pictures is fantastic - they don't look grainy as they sometimes can on personalised product - I absolutely love this mug, so much so that I'm actually scared to use it incase it gets broken!

The mug cost just £8.00 which I think is a real bargain...and you even get a little sachet of English Breakfast Tea with it, how sweet?!
You can choose from LOADS of different designs, and can choose to either upload your own photos or just personalise with text!
These would make an ideal gift for Fathers Day, a birthday or even just as a treat to yourself!
The mugs can be found HERE
The products I ordered arrived VERY quickly - in under 48 hours! I was so impressed with Moonpig from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
